| Recipe for Tempeh Fajitas from the Vegetarian section. 
 
 Tempeh Fajitas4 cloves garlic, minced 1 green onion, thinly sliced
 2 tablespoons canola oil
 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
 1 (8 ounce) package tempeh, sliced
 1 package flour tortillas
 1 bottle salsa
 1 sliced bell pepper
 Lettuce and tomato as desired
 In a small skillet, saut? garlic and onion in oil. Add soy sauce, cumin, sesame seeds and cilantro. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 3 minutes. Add tempeh and cook for 5 more minutes. Place tempeh in flour tortillas. Top with salsa and vegetables. Yields 4 servings.
