Five Spice Powder BlendUse to flavor fish. 2 teaspoons aniseed, crushed
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Makes 1/4 cup.
