Pecan Muffins1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped pecansMix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes in greased muffin pans.Makes 12 regular or 24 miniature muffins.
