Spicy Bran MuffinsPosted by artsycook at recipegoldmine.com April 26, 2001I combined a few recipes when coming up with this since I love spices.1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups corn oil
2 cups buttermilk
4 cups Millers Bran
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 cup currants
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped datesCombine all and drop 2/3 full in muffin tins. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
