Microwave ArtichokesThoroughly wash 2 medium artichokes, allowing a small amount of water to cling to the leaves. Wrap in wax paper. Place on a glass plate or dish. Microwave on HIGH power for 5 to 7 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through the cooking. Rest, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
