Marzetti Potato Salad1 cup marzetti slaw dressing
4 cups cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons diced fresh red bell peppers (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste Combine potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, pickle relish, red bell peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with more hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges if desired.
