Ice Cream Gelatin Molds1 small box flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 pint softened ice cream Try using strawberry gelatin and strawberry ice cream, or pair any other gelatin and ice cream you desire. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. At once stir in the softened ice cream. Pour into molds and chill until firm. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Decorate with fresh fruit.
