8 ounces cottage cheese
2 ounces soft butter
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Dash of saltRemove skin and seed from ripe avocado. Put the pulp and cheese through a fine sieve. Place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat slowly until smooth.Serve in bowl surrounded by tortilla chips.
